Ingredients: Khalshe fish 1 kg, soy sauce 1 tbsp, fish sauce 1 tbsp, tomato sauce 1 tbsp, chili sauce 1 tbsp, white pepper powder 1 tsp, chili flakes half a tsp, butter 2 tbsp, 2 tablespoons of coriander leaves, 1 egg, amount of salt, 1 teaspoon of fennel powder, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 cup of breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoons of cornflower, half a cup of grated boiled potatoes, half a cup of crushed cheese and enough for frying.
Method: Clean the fish and boil it with a little water and choose the thorns. Heat butter, fry potatoes, and fish, and cool. Spread all the ingredients except eggs, breadcrumbs, and oil together and divide into 16 parts or whatever you like, and make it the size of a fish finger. Dip in beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil on low flame till brown.
