Apple pudding

Ingredients: 4 red apples, half a cup of sugar, half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder, half a cup of ghee, half a cup of powdered milk, 2 tablespoons of nuts, 1 tablespoon of raisins.

Method: Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Now paste it into the blender. Heat ghee in a pan and add apple paste. Stir in the sugar and cinnamon powder. When the water is dry, stir in the powdered milk. Make pudding with raisins and nuts of your choice.

Potato chocolate pudding

Ingredients: 3 large potatoes, 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 1 cup of sugar (to taste), half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder, 4 teaspoons of salt, 2 tablespoons of crushed pistachios, 3 tablespoons of powdered milk, 2 tablespoons of dark chocolate, 2 tablespoons of chocolate essence -3 drops, 3 tablespoons of ghee.

Method: Boil the potatoes and mash them by hand. Now mix cocoa powder, cinnamon powder, salt, milk, and chocolate powder with it. Pour the potato mixture with ghee in the pan and stir. When the pudding is thick, turn off the stove with chocolate essence, pistachio paste, almond paste. Brush the pot with oil and pour the pudding. When cool, cut into ice cubes. If desired, you can roll it with a layer of almonds. You can make it in any shape you like. If you want to make a white layer, you can make a pudding with mashed potatoes, powdered milk, sugar, white chocolate or ghee, pesto pasta, and make a layer on top.

Beet pudding

Ingredients: 2 beets, 2 tablespoons sugar, half a teaspoon of lemon juice, 3 teaspoons of salt, half a cup of ghee, 3 tablespoons of raisins and nuts, half a teaspoon of cardamom powder.

Method: Peel a squash, grate it and chop it into small pieces. Or you can boil it on low heat. Ghee raisins and nuts will continue to stir with all the ingredients. Be careful not to stick to the bottom of the pot. When it becomes pudding, take it out of the oven. Now make pudding in the design of your choice.
