Staff Reporter: State Minister for Primary and Mass Education Zakir Hossain has termed the allegation of leaking questions of government primary school assistant teacher recruitment test as a ‘rumor’.
The first stage of this three-step recruitment test is on Friday. The test runs from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. in 22 districts, including Dhaka.
When State Minister Zakir Hossain visited the Eden College Center in the capital, journalists drew his attention to the allegation of leaking questions on Facebook.
He replied, “We have not received any such information. We have taken action. If something like this happens, action will be taken. ”
In the first phase, 13 lakh 9 thousand 461 jobseekers are supposed to take part in this examination.
The state minister said, “We have taken appropriate measures for security. The attendance of the examinees also seemed satisfactory. ”
The second phase of the recruitment test will be held on May 20 and the third phase on June 3. Recruitment will be completed by July after the written and oral examinations.
The Department of Primary Education issued a notification on October 20, 2020, for the recruitment of 32,057 vacant posts of Assistant Teachers. But due to the coronavirus epidemic, it has not been possible to take the recruitment test so far.
