Ingredients: 4 pieces of hilsa fish, 2 tablespoons of white mustard (to be soaked), 1 teaspoon of garlic, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of chilli powder to taste, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, 2 tablespoons of onion paste, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Method: Mix hilsa with all spices and leave it for 2 hours. Now let the hot water boil in a pot. Wrap the fish in foil paper. When the water boils, reduce the heat and add the fish wrapped in foil paper. When the aroma comes out of the fish, take down the fish with foil paper.
