Senior Reporter: The Police Headquarters has published the recruitment notification for the post of Sub-Inspector (SI) of Bangladesh Police.
Candidates with a minimum bachelor’s degree and experience in computer from an approved university can apply for the post of Cadet SI.
Permanent citizens of Bangladesh between the ages of 19 and 26 and unmarried candidates can apply online till 5 pm on November 4. All the steps of the application have to be completed by logging in to the designated website (police.teletalk.com.bd).
Height must be at least 5 feet 6 inches for male applicants and 5 feet 4 inches for females.
Final nominations will be given for the basic training of eligible candidates after passing the web-based preliminary screening, physical measurement and paperwork verification, written and psychological test, computer skills, intelligence and oral test, health test, police verification.
However, the notification did not say how many people will be appointed to the post of SI this time.
The police headquarters has warned that if any applicant is involved in financial transactions, he will be arrested and the appointment will be canceled.
